The Shift Leader is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the guidelines of the company.
The Shift Leader is considered a Manager In Training .
Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years of experience in the quick service industry.
- Interacting with guests, staff, and management.
- Opening and / or closing the restaurant according to Hungry Howie’s in Arizona standards by supervising Team Member performance including setup, food preparation, and cleaning.
- Ensuring Team Members follow all Company safety policies.
Must have :
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Driver's License for 2+ years
- Proof of Current Insurance
