Job Summary :
Varco is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :
Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist residents or patients with mobility and transferring, ensuring their safety.
Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
Serve meals, assist with feeding, and monitor dietary intake.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents or patients.
Offer emotional support, companionship, and engagement in friendly conversations with residents or patients.
Document and maintain accurate records of care provided.
Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Collaborate with the nursing team to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications :
Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion and empathy when dealing with residents or patients.
Ability to work well in a team and take direction from supervisors.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
