Jaggaer, the leading provider of Autonomous Commerce solutions, is seeking a passionate self-starter and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager (SPMM) to join our rapidly growing team in North America (EST preferred).

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of your product line. As SPMM you will become a subject matter expert for your product line and will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies with a laser focus on customer-centricity.

Reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing you'll leverage market intelligence to gain a strategic edge and foster strong cross-team interlocks to achieve ambitious growth goals.

Principal ResponsibilitiesWho You Are :

Customer Champion :

You possess a deep understanding of B2B customer needs and are passionate about crafting customer value propositions and messaging for solutions that deliver exceptional value.

You interlock with customers to understand and articulate their success stories relating to your product.

Strategic Visionary :

You have a keen grasp of the B2B SaaS landscape and are an expert at uncovering and understanding market trends, analyst insights, customer success, and competitive landscapes.

You distill and articulate the nuances to diverse stakeholders and inform product line strategy.

Pragmatic Problem Solver :

You approach challenges with a practical and results-oriented mindset, distilling complex solutions into simple customer-centric value drivers.

Proactive & Collaborative :

You anticipate needs, take initiative, and thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners, marketing, sales, product, enablement, and leadership teams.

Data-Driven Marketer :

You are experienced analyzing metrics, leveraging data, developing KPIs, and utilizing intelligence to optimize campaigns and measure growth and success.

Creative Content Mastermind :

You have a knack for developing targeted content that educates, engages, and resonates with target audiences.

Storytelling Pro and Market Evangelist :

You craft compelling narratives that showcase customer success stories and differentiate our solutions from competitors. You are a savvy public speaker and adept at enablement.

What you’ll do :

Market insights Be the expert on your product line ICP, verticals, and personas. Understand and document the buyers’ processes, including where they get information and the who, what, when, and the why’ behind their decisions.

Then, drive changes to our sales and marketing processes to match that process.

Understand the competitive landscape be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.

Collaborate with product management, sales leadership, enablement, and marketing teams to drive market readiness and develop value propositions and value-based messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.

Plan the launches of net-new products and enhancements to existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

Act as the primary thought leader for your assigned products, including speaking engagements and written works.

Understand and support our sales channels; train them in the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use them.

Interact with JAGGAER customers to understand the pain points and business drivers that led them to adopt our solutions.

Document their use of our solutions and the business benefits they have realized since deploying them.

Position RequirementsWhat you bring :

Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, including experience developing marketing plans and support for new product launches, product line updates, and release cycles.

Experience in Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, and Supply Chain technologies is preferred.

Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, with emphasis on building compelling PowerPoint presentations and conducting analysis in Excel.

Ability to work independently in a start-up-like, agile environment. Able to adapt and pivot with evolving market or product demands.

Strong planning, written, and verbal communication skills. A strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.

Excellent people and relationship management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, highly preferred.

Familiarity with Jaggaer's product portfolio and Autonomous Commerce solutions a plus.

Experience building strategic and creative elements that support GTM activities a plus.
