- Supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production schedules, adjust workflow as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks promptly.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
