Commercial Construction Estimator Key Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to manage project profit and loss with accurate margin projections.
- Experience in handling estimates for multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong collaboration with clients, architects, and design teams.
- Expertise in tracking, pricing, and negotiating cost changes.
