- GI clinic location less than half a mile from hospital
- Small town atmosphere with big city amenities, waterfront
Submission Requirements
- MI license : REQUIRED (will only accept IMLC when dates are 60+ days out with proof of LOQ for IMLC)
- Board certified : Required, will not accept BE
- ERCP : Required
- DEA : Required at time of start
- No malpractice Required, no exceptions for quick credentialing
- Covid vaccine - Required
