Job Description
Support the Head Coach in all necessary duties.
Assist in facilitation of practices every weekday in-season (3 : 30 PM - 5 : 30 PM).
Assist in developing program strategy and cohesion techniques.
Provide sport specific instruction and guidance to student-athletes.
Assist in the development and implementation of in-game instructions.
Assist in the coordination and facilitation of strength and conditioning.
Work directly with the Head Coach to :
Manage and facilitate practices and games
Align program values and culture with that of LCA.
Serve as a mentor athletically and spiritually to LCA student-athletes
Assist in all other duties.
