We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help us keep our 115-unit property in great condition. Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, are mechanically inclined, and have excellent customer service skills.

Location : Aravia : Tacoma, WA

Compensation : $22 per hour with a 30% rent discount after 90 days of employment. Monthly bonus potential!

The Job : Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following :

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Drywall
• Painting
• Appliances
• Exterior structures
• Swimming pools
• General Maintenance
• Customer Service

The Details : Our Service Technicians should have :

• Own a set of basic tools for maintenance work.
• Industry experience helpful
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous maintenance experience is required.
• Must be able to perform general / routine inspections and identify possible issues.
• Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must be able to apply efficient and effective solutions (ex : do the hard work now so you don't have to later)
• Must be able to work on a team and collaborate with others.

Schedule : Tuesday through Saturday
