Job Description

ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS / SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED

Defines policies, procedures, models and technologies that will be used to collect, organize, store and retrieve information for the organization.

Defines strategic requirements, integrated system design that aligns with business architecture. Understands business needs, explores existing data structure and creates integrated framework of scalable, reliable and secure data that supports organization’s data analysis and reporting outcomes.

Required Skills

• Develop and implement organizational data strategy aligned with business processes and analytic goals.
• Identify internal and external data sources and developing data management plan aligned with organizational data strategy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for efficient functioning of enterprise data systems.
• Manage end-to-end data architecture, select platforms, design technical architecture and provide input into development, testing and implementation of proposed solutions.
• Integrate technical functionality, ensure data accessibility, accuracy and security.
• Conduct continuous audit of data management systems and processes.
• Ten (10) years of experience in data architecture on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Five (5) years of experience in data engineering and technical data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline. Four (4) years of additional database structure and data mining experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
