Job Description

The core responsibility of this position is to be responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and future clients.

Place and consolidate customer orders as well as arrange for delivery via customers’ preferences.

Maintain updated pricing and enter all customer pricing into SAP for invoicing accuracy.

Respond to the needs of the customer by phone or email quickly and accurately.

Assist other customer service reps when needed.

Communicate order status to customers quickly and accurately.

Process RMAs, credits, and rebills within required timeframes.

Attend regional meetings to increase relationships with sales personnel.
