MMP Staffing Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our healthcare team.

The ARNP will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Patient Assessment and Diagnosis :
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, such as infections, injuries, and illnesses.
  • Treatment Planning and Implementation :
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices.
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions as necessary.
  • Provide patient education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Patient Management and Follow-Up :
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure effective treatment and patient compliance.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient management.
  • Collaboration and Consultation :
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment strategies.
  • Patient Education and Advocacy :
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
  • Advocate for patients' health and well-being, ensuring they receive appropriate and timely care.
  • Documentation and Compliance :
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
  • Professional Development :
  • Stay current with advancements in medical practice and healthcare through continuing education and professional development activities.
  • Maintain licensure and certification requirements.
  • Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Certification and Licensure :
  • Current licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in the state of State .
  • Certification from a recognized national certifying body, such as the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Experience in specific area, e.g., primary care, pediatrics, psychiatry, etc. is preferred.
  • Skills :
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Work Environment :

  • The position may require working in various settings, including clinics, hospitals, and community health centers.
  • Some travel may be required to accommodate patient needs.
  • Flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends, may be necessary based on patient schedules.
