We are looking for a Senior Software Delivery Engineer to join our client's Runtime Platform Group. In this role, you will build our FedRAMP-authorized environment for U.
S. Federal Government projects.
As a Senior Software Delivery Engineer, you’ll be on a team building a secure, compliant SaaS platform for Federal government-led construction projects.
This will involve building and adopting tools to build, test, and deploy software to run in a dedicated environment that meets all controls for, and is authorized for use at, the FedRAMP Moderate level.

This position reports to the Runtime Platform Software Architect and will be based remotely within the Continental United States.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to build and adapt CI / CD tool chains to deliver software quickly and reliability into a secure AWS Govcloud-based environment.
- Continually ensure our processes and results comply with the FedRAMP Moderate level of controls.
- Update existing applications, services, and tools to comply with FedRAMP requirements for FIPS 140 encryption, change control processes, and audit requirements.
- Develop new tools and processes as needed to support FedRAMP requirements for security and auditability.
- Engineer resilient systems that support 24x365 uptime at a 99.95% availability level.
- Build and test disaster recovery mechanisms for systems and data.

This position requires the ability to access federal environments and / or have access to protected federal data. As a condition of employment for this position, the successful candidate must be able to submit documentation establishing U.
S. Person status (e.g. a U.S. Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee. 22 CFR 120.15) located in continental US.
6+ years software development experience, at least some of which are in a moderate-to-large-scale environment (>
1000 hosts, petabytes of data).
- Experience working in a highly secure and / or regulated environment. Familiarity with the FedRAMP framework is a big plus.
- Proficient with ArgoCD. Proficiency with Argo Workflows and Argo Rollouts is a plus.
- Experience with artifact and software supply chain management in a Docker-based environment. Experience with JFrog Artifactory ecosystem is a plus.
- Proficient with Ruby on Rails, and one or more of the following : Typescript (with either React or Node.js), Java, Golang, Python.
- Familiar with Kubernetes and Helm.
- Experience with AWS cloud environments and Terraform.
- Familiarity with cloud observability, logging, and telemetry
- Experience working in an Agile Environment.
