MERIT BRASS is currently hiring for multiple Full-time and Part Time Manufacturing Positions! We are a family owned and operated business specializing in Pipe, Valve, Fittings and Press products for over 85 years! Work Hours :
- 2nd Shift Monday -Friday (3 : 00PM-11 : 30PM)
- Part-time 2nd Shift Monday-Friday (7 : 00PM- 11 : 00PM)
Hourly Rate :
Starting at $19.26 (Includes 10% Shift Premium)

Responsibilities :
- Verify part being produced against traveler ticket (material, diameter, thread type, etc.)
- Follow procedures to effectively start and end production jobs using the data collection system.
- Perform constant visual quality inspection (torn threads, crooked threads, etc.)
- Perform Quality Inspection while using the QI form.
- Oversee loading and unloading of parts to prevent mixing of mill and heat numbers on stainless steel material.
- Complete other responsibilities that may be assigned as needed or required.
Requirements :
- Excellent work habits including punctuality, attendance, and work ethic.
- Able to stand and bend for the entire shift. Capable of lifting 50-70 lbs. frequently, pushing and pulling bulky material and carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
- No High School Diploma or GED required.
