Our client is a global consulting group, recruiting an experienced Global Tax and Financial Operations Manager or Senior Manager.
This is an opportunity to lead major projects for global / international clients. Our client also offers flexible and remote working options.
Responsibilities :
- Team management
- Management of outsourcing operations (including process analysis, improvement proposals, and execution)
- Identify key issues in clients' accounting, financial, and tax departments and develop solutions
- Proposal creation : contract management, schedule management, scope of work, cost management, risk management
- Operational and quality management, planning for business efficiency
- Propose and lead business improvement initiatives
Requirements :
- Over 10 years of relevant experience (accounting, finance, tax)
- Experience in multinational or global companies (preferred)
- Experience in accounting firms, tax outsourcing, or consulting (preferred)
- Qualifications such as CPA, USCPA, tax accountant (preferred)
