Requirements :
- Hold a valid Class A license and be at least 21years old
- Maintain a clean driving record withno DUI incidents within the last 10 years (for CDLA holders) orwithin 5 years (for nonCDLAholders)
- Demonstrate limited preventableaccidents and moving violations within specifiedtimeframes
- Pass a DOT physical and drug testwithout any drugrelated convictions in the last 5years
