Key Responsibilities
Administer and ensure compliance of health, welfare, retirement, and leave of absence programs
Support annual enrollment, HRIS configuration, vendor implementations, and compliance activities
Research trends and regulations in employee benefits to maintain program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in benefit plan administration
Strong analytical skills for assessing and interpreting benefit plan data
Proficient in HRIS and benefits administration software
Sound knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
