Beacon Veterinary Specialists is a well-established veterinary emergency specialty practice in Fremont and Pleasanton. We are searching for a full-time Client Service Representative or Receptionist to join our team in Fremont, CA!
We’re offering a competitive hourly rate of $20-25 / hr based on experience, along with training / career growth potential and comprehensive benefits.
The training schedule for this position is Wednesday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM and Thursday - Saturday, 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM .
Upon the completion of training, the regular schedule will transition to a Wednesday - Saturday 10 : 00 am - 6 : 30 pm.

Your primary responsibilities :
General front desk duties : greeting clients, booking appointments, etc.
Client communication
Managing phone lines
Cleaning and disinfecting the hospital
Carrying out tasks as requested by the veterinarian
Medical records management

Primary care veterinarians refer cases to us that require special treatment that they aren’t able to provide in their own hospital.
