Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location : Remote (Tennessee)
Job Type : Full-time / Part-time
Pay : $40+ / Hour
Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language impairments.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services through virtual platforms.
- Monitor and document students' progress toward therapy goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' speech and language development.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive educational plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Tennessee state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting, preferably in a virtual environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
