Job Summary
Royal Moore Toyota is searching for an experienced Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing organization in Hillsboro, Oregon.
The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a passion for building relationships in the auto industry.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this full-time position is $65,000 to $110,000 per year, paid semimonthly.
Additional benefits include healthcare, vacation and sick leave, and 401K retirement Plan.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and discuss automotive sales opportunities in detail
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide the highest level of customer service
- Accurately assess customer needs and create solutions to meet those needs
- Negotiate deals with customers and close sales
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Educate customers about vehicle features, warranties, and financing options
- Generate sales reports and analyze sales trends
- Remain knowledgeable of industry news and trends and use that knowledge to promote the dealership
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year, successful sales experience.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to close sales
- Proficient knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of dealership processes and procedures
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
