Job Description :
Allied National Services is seeking a skilled and reliable General Handyman to join our team. As a General Handyman, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure that our clients' properties remain in top condition.

Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and minor installations.
- Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks.
- Troubleshoot and fix minor issues with equipment, appliances, and fixtures.
- Provide preventative maintenance for both commercial and residential properties.
- Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all tools and materials are available and maintained.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to ensure work is completed to their satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance, repair, and general building systems.
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
- Ability to handle various hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
