Group QHSE Compliance Senior Manager f/h
You will report to the Group QHSE Director.As Group QHSE Compliance Senior Manager, your role will involve team management and operational assignments in the field at international level.
- Leading a team of 6 Group QHSE Managers :
- Plan audits and support visits
- Review audit and visit reports
- Define the team for audits
- Monitor structuring projects (digital tools)
- Manage the review of critical customer complaint reports
- Provide technical and operational support, and audit the QHSE procedures and systems of the Group's subsidiaries :
- Act as the functional contact for several Group subsidiaries
- Provide technical support (remotely or on site) according to the country's needs (mobilisation, customer visits, audits, crisis management)
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards, the QHSE system and SMI requirements
- Follow up action plans implemented following audits / inspections
- Ensure that local teams receive training
- Ensure matrix relations with your zones and countries of responsibility (including local QHSE Managers, Country Managers and Operations Managers) :
- Participating in the recruitment of QHSE Managers working with the Human Resources department
- Contributing to the organisation of the Group QHSE seminar, which takes place every 18 months in order to disseminate the Group's QHSE strategy
- To monitor the subsidiaries' monthly reporting on key QHSE indicators and assess the achievement of the targets set
- Structuring commercial offers (remote, inflight, rail) upstream for the QHSE section- Ensure the efficiency of tools and structures in the event of an emergency- Supporting and managing future certifications (ISO and other international standards).
