What You'll Do
- Own client relationships : You’ll acquire, manage, and nurture client partnerships, ensuring they get the best from MSP360.
- Be the go-to expert : Understand our platform inside out to deliver product insights and expert support.
- Collaborate for success : Work closely with our sales and technical teams to solve challenges and create growth opportunities.
- Drive customer satisfaction : Continuously keep your finger on the pulse of client needs to guarantee their satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Stellar communication and people skills your clients feel heard and valued.
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role where building relationships is key.
- A knack for problem-solving and staying organized even when juggling multiple clients.
- A solid understanding of IT infrastructure and backup solutions (bonus points for previous industry experience!).
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting you're a self-starter who thrives on autonomy.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills that help you seal the deal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
