Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR and payroll? We’re looking for an HR / Payroll Administrator to support our HR functions and keep our department running smoothly.

What You’ll Tackle :

  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave and reconcile any variances.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Prepare monthly benefits invoices for finance (dept coding, variance analysis, etc.).
  • Maintain vendor contact for payroll and other HR-related activities.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

What’s Needed to Win :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems for data entry and reporting.

Preferred Skills :

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

What We Offer :

  • Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000
  • 5 days in office for the first 6 months, then Hybrid work schedule.
  • Eligible for overtime and premium working holiday pay rate.
