Summary : A financial institution is seeking an expert Business Analyst with Salesforce and nCino experience. The candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams, aligning business requirements with technology solutions, and ensuring quality delivery.
This role involves documenting business requirements and working closely with stakeholders to optimize systems and processes.

Responsibilities :
- Identify and improve substandard processes through data analysis.
- Develop and implement systems prototypes to enhance productivity.
- Create detailed project management plans with clear communication.
- Perform quality assurance throughout systems development stages.
- Develop and document user requirements for system improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate analyses and documentation.
- Maintain systems processes and provide monthly status reports.
- Troubleshoot and optimize systems through daily analytics.
Skills / Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics and systems development.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and / or nCino.
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
- Experience in generating process documentation and project management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into insights.
- High proficiency with Microsoft applications.
