What's needed for this role?

  • Communicating with customers Answering customer questions, providing information about products and services, and managing customer inquiries
  • Resolving issues Listening to and resolving customer complaints, identifying and addressing customer concerns, and de-escalating conflicts
  • Administrative tasks Managing records, filing, scheduling, and updating customer accounts
  • Providing support Helping customers with registration or account creation, and checking product or service availability
  • Improving processes Recommending improvements to company processes and passing customer feedback to the product or sales team
  • Escalating issues Referring customers to supervisors or specialists when needed, and escalating inquiries to the appropriate team

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
