What's needed for this role?
- Communicating with customers Answering customer questions, providing information about products and services, and managing customer inquiries
- Resolving issues Listening to and resolving customer complaints, identifying and addressing customer concerns, and de-escalating conflicts
- Administrative tasks Managing records, filing, scheduling, and updating customer accounts
- Providing support Helping customers with registration or account creation, and checking product or service availability
- Improving processes Recommending improvements to company processes and passing customer feedback to the product or sales team
- Escalating issues Referring customers to supervisors or specialists when needed, and escalating inquiries to the appropriate team
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
