Night Shift Picker Packer

The picker / packer is responsible for preparation and packaging of orders for shipment. Your Responsibilities
High volume small product Order Fulfillment
Works with picking robots to fulfill orders
Works from RF gun to pick orders
May use pallet jack to move materials throughout warehouse
Lifting up to 50 pounds (on occasion)
Must be able to use ladder and lift boxes above shoulders
Must be able to stand / walk to perform all job functions
Your Skills and Experiences
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment and 1 year in a lead / supervisory role
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Basic computer and math skills
- Must be very detail oriented, thorough and accurate
- Good communication skills
- Must have good vision, as many product have very small font identifiers
- Ability to efficiently solve problems when they arrise
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
- Must be organized
- Computer screens display information numerically and in English
- Respect towards management team and co-workers
