This GC is one of the leading contractors throughout the Carolinas with a strong presence working on healthcare & higher education projects.
They are ideally looking for someone that will be responsible for project planning, RFIs, and submittals. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills as well as good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manages all construction administrative functions on the project
- Prepare project schedule and manage project deadlines
- Support the Project Manager and Superintendent
- Interact well with co-workers
- RFIs and submittals
- Effectively communicate project progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years in commercial construction
- Procore experience
- Healthcare or Higher Education / Academic related project experience preferred
- Ability to analyze construction documents, and ability to read blueprints
- Strong organizational skills
