You must have previous experience in a Sales Manager’s role at a dealership to be considered for this position.

CDJR Experience Preferred

$120K - $220K Performance-Based Income!

Responsibilities - Sales Manager :

  • Build and lead a high performance sales team to meet sales goals and more.
  • Hire, train, motivate and supervise a high-performance sales team.
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve them
  • Coach sales team on improving sales performance and closing deals
  • Lead regular sales meetings
  • Promote a strong focus on a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Foster positive customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
  • Other duties may be assigned

    Requirements :

  • Auto Sales Manager experience is REQUIRED, CDJR experience preferred
  • Dynamic leader, team builder, strong closer, high energy, positive and outgoing
  • Excellent communication, customer service and social media skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Outlook, CRM)
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
