Chief Financial Officer - Non-Profit Organization
Our client, a leading non-profit organization, is seeking an experienced and passionate Chief Financial Officer to join their leadership team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's mission and growth
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial partners
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of non-profit accounting principles, fund accounting, and grant management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of implementing financial systems and improving processes
- Demonstrable commitment to ethical practices and transparency in financial management
