About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Interventional Radiology Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 10 4x10 Hr Guaranteed Hours : 40.
00 Experience : Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred. License : Registered Nursing Certifications : BLS (CPR) Must-Have : Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily Job Description : Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.- Evaluate health status through ongoing collection and assessment of health data.
- Conduct health teaching and health counseling.- Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being either directly to the patient or indirectly through consultation, delegation, supervision, or teaching of others.
- Execute delegated medical functions.- Refer patients as needed for further evaluation or treatment.- Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans.
- Document in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.- Utilize resources as needed.- Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization, and adhere to service behavior standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.- May be required to float to other departments based on business needs.- May be required to be on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
