The Staff Nurse will be responsible for :

Providing care for patients in the Divisional Critical Care Resource Pool. Covering long term assignments in critical care areas;

including Medical ICU, Burn Trauma ICU and Coronary Care Unit

Working collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment.

Qualifications

To qualify you must have :

• Education : Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
• Experience :
• 1 year of med / surg experience required
• Critical Care experience preferred
• Interest in being cross-trained over time to cover long term assignments in critical care areas; including Medical ICU, Burn Trauma ICU and Coronary Care Unit desirable
• Other : Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in specialty area is encouraged
• Able to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract
