Job Description
As the Marketing Manager for the Best Buy Ads GTM strategy team you will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies for the overarching Best Buy Ads brand, including attracting new revenue sources through generating incremental demand, creating marketplace differentiation, and nurturing new and existing client relationships.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location.

What You’ll Do :
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance industry awareness and drive consideration of Best Buy Ads through storytelling, external marketing campaigns, and media / trade event activations.
- Craft and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product offerings, ensuring alignment with company goals and maximizing monetization opportunities.
- Oversee Trade Event strategy, including recommending which trade events Best Buy Ads attends at an annual level, while optimizing Best Buy Ads sponsorship opportunities and speaking engagements.
- Work with embedded creative team and agency partners to execute Sales Enablement strategies that support internal teams and partners, enhancing overall marketing effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize the GTM team marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve targets.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to gain insights into customer behaviors, ensuring marketing strategies are customer-centric and drive business growth.
Basic Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or advertising.
- 3+ years of experience leading Go to Market campaigns
- 3+ years of working with cross-functional partners and multiple levels within the organization
- Strong business acumen and ability to create marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Strong ability to manage budgets, delivering financial transparency to executive teams.
