The Role :

We are seeking a Senior Community Association Manager, a role akin to a special forces operator in the HOA management world.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple HOA communities.
  • Implement and manage effective strategies for community engagement and property management.
  • Ensure compliance with Davis-Stirling Act and other relevant regulations.
  • Handle budget preparation, financial management, and report generation.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts with diplomacy and tact.
  • Lead, motivate, and support community board members and residents.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and community relations.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in HOA management.
  • In-depth understanding of the Davis-Stirling Act.
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Experience in budget preparation and financial management.
  • Capability to interpret legal documents and agreements.
  • Exceptional customer service and leadership abilities.
  • CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation is highly desirable.
