Description of Duties :

The Proposal / Pricing Analyst supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will :

• Develop, edit, and audit proposal documents, to include Basis of Estimate (BOEs), Bill of Materials (BOM), Cost Proposal, and other documents as required by the Government customer.
• Respond to task order proposal requests from the Government.
• Track proposal due dates and develop and maintain schedules with task order teams.
• Analyze proposed costs and review for accuracy.
• Lead proposal kick-off and development meetings.
• Administer multiple proposal efforts.
• Coordinate with the technical and program management teams on proposal documents
• Conduct other proposal development and contract administration duties as assigned by the Contracts Manager.

Basic Requirements :

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience : HS Diploma (or GED) and 12 years of general experience;

Associate’s degree and 10 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 6 years of general experience.

• Must have 6 years directly related experience in one of the following areas : Business Administration, Finance, Bids and Proposals, Price / Cost Analysis, or Contract Administration.
• Must have 3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Must be familiar with cost / price data development.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Must have, or be able to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance.

This position is expected to pay $69,500 - $94,500 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
