ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a team member with Frank T Armetta State Farm Insurance, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks.
Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options.

- Monday-Friday 9-5 Saturday 9-12 from April to October
- No Saturdays November to March.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent / office manager to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must be able to obtain relevant property and casualty licenses.
- Must be able to obtain relevant life and health licenses.
- Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
- Bilingual preferred, Spanish, but not necessary.
