Supplemental Job Functions : Complete history and physicals for patient's undergoing elective surgeries* Optimize comorbidities of patient's undergoing surgeries* Perform risk stratification for patient's undergoing surgeries* Order and interpret EKGs, labs, imaging and various cardiac diagnostic testing* Obtain accurate medication reconciliations and provide perioperative medication management* Consult with various specialties as needed (anesthesia, surgery, internal medicine)* Refer patients to various specialties as needed for further preoperative evaluation and optimizationCalifornia Applicant Privacy Act : https : / / www.
