Lead Browser Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Browser Platform Engineer, who is passionate about associate experience, browser management and security.

The role is part of a team focused on ensuring browsers have the appropriate policies enforced on Windows and Mac devices.

What You’ll Do :

Provide subject matter expertise on endpoint browsers and policy management including the configuration, integration and deployment of enterprise policies

Manage Secure Enterprise Browser solutions including interacting with the vendor to help drive feature requests and resolve open issues

Work with partner teams to test and rollout changes to endpoints

Provide guidance on browser policy and application decisions

Governance for the enterprise extension allowlist

Review and approve extension requests

Provide project updates to leadership including tracking milestones and metrics

Work with Line of Business associates to advise on solutions that reduce endpoint risk

Support Cyber Security Operations Center Investigations / Inquiry Requests

Ensure compliance with corporate Governance, Security-Risk and Audit policies, procedures, and best practices.

Support controls testing, audit responses and investigations

Identify gaps in controls, processes, systems and recommend solutions

Develop technical documentation, policies, and procedures for endpoint application and policy use and support

Basic Qualifications :

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

At least 6 years of experience supporting endpoint management and security policies (Google Admin Console, JAMF, InTune, VMWare Workspace One UEM)

At least 4 year experience in scripting languages (Python, Powershell, Shell or JavaScript)

At least 2 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

4+ years of experience supporting browser applications on macOS and Windows operating systems

4+ years of experience managing mixed environments of Mac / PC / Linux, configuration and incident management

4+ years of experience in managing large scale deployments of tools to endpoints

3+ years of experience supporting browser applications on macOS and Windows operating systems
