Data Entry Clerk / Coordinator
We are hiring a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Education industry based in Englewood, Colorado. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of curriculum management, ensuring the accurate updating and maintenance of our database, and providing administrative support to teaching staff.
Responsibilities :
- Liaise with student residency sites to gather contact details of relevant managers for students
- Dispatch student evaluations in a timely manner
- Oversee the management of student projects in the database, including uploading completed projects for teacher access
- Accurately record student attendance
- Assist teaching staff by facilitating polls and collating the data into spreadsheets
- Utilize Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
- Employ Microsoft Excel to track, maintain, and update data in spreadsheets
- Ensure smooth communication with teachers and departments on various projects
- Maintain a high level of detail orientation in all tasks performed.
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Data Entry is required.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Ability to manage and create spreadsheets is crucial.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
