Diamondback Mechanical Group in San Antonio, TX is looking to hire a full-time residential HVAC Service Technician to go into our clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.

We pay our HVAC Service Technicians a competitive wage based on experience. Our HVAC technicians are also eligible for great benefits including 50% paid health insurance, 40 hours of paid vacation after a year of employment, uniforms, and in-house and distributor training.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- 3 years of HVAC technician or other related field experience
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Proficiency with phones and iPad devices
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug tests
