Litigation Legal Assistant (Hybrid) - Direct Hire

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant for a hybrid position in the Denver office of a well-respected full service law firm.

The Legal Assistant will support 4 of the firm's attorneys with a variety of litigation matters. The working hours for the position are 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm. Duties include :

• Preparing / formatting various pleadings and legal documents;
• E-filing documents in state and federal courts;
• Transcribing and proofreading documents;
• Entering attorney billable time;
• Managing attorney calendars;
• Preparing expense reports;
• Making travel arrangements;
• And more!

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience working with corporate / transactional matters in a law firm setting;
• Proficiency with MS Office;
• Prior experience with iManage / Filesite is a plus, but not required.
