We're currently looking for a maintenance professional who can take initiative and help anticipate problems before they occur.
A maintenance coordinator often needs to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors and anyone else he or she encounters on the job.

Ownership Mentality : Take pride and ownership in each work order. The ideal candidate would enjoy working autonomously most of the time, but also willing to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to; maintaining the service technician's schedules, ordering parts, communicating with tenants regarding the status of their work order, preparing service invoices for processing as well as consistently providing clear and concise communications with department leads.

Skills Needed to Win :
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience
- Leadership experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently
- Adaptive to change and willingness to be a lifelong learner
Compensation details : 19-22 Hourly Wage
