2025 Operations Analyst Program – Summer Analyst (Insights Programs)

The Operations Analyst Program is designed to attract undergraduates who are interested in early exposure to financial services careers and committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry.

The Operations Analyst Program Insights Program, is seeking undergraduate students, including, without limitation, Black, Hispanic & Latino, and / or Female students, who are interested in exploring career opportunities at JPMorgan Chase.

We are looking for dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to help us grow and position our businesses for the future.

All undergraduate students who are interested in the Insights Program, regardless of background, are welcome to apply.

The goal is to assist you in building a long-term career in our Operations division and help with its continued growth. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic people who want to begin and develop their career in Operations.

As a Summer Analyst in the Operations Analyst Program, you will start our 9-week program with comprehensive training to introduce you to our firm, our practices and our culture.

After training, you will join the Operations function within one of our lines of business (Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Bank or Corporate Functions) to be fully ingrained within the team’s day-to-day activities and make a clear impact for the organization and our clients.

You will make an impact in a specific Operations area, which could include Payments, Trading Services, Lending Services, Client Management, Employee Operations and many others.

The program will give you the opportunity to learn about our Operations and develop your career.

You will develop skills that will help you grow within the Operations organization and make increasing impact throughout the program.

You should be excited to expand your knowledge in businesses and bank products along with making an impact in Operations while driving our business forward.

In addition to on-the-job experience, you will have a community of other summer analysts, opportunity to attend social events, interact with senior leaders, learn new skills and more.

This role is a pipeline to our full-time Operations Analyst Program; based on performance and successful completion of the 9-week internship, you may receive an offer of full-time employment.

Your responsibilities will vary based on your location and team assignment. One or more of the responsibilities below align to the role you would have in the Operations Analyst Program.

Job responsibilities

• Assist with the end-to-end management of the client onboarding experience
• Act responsibly by processing and investigating client transactions for a variety of products
• Support Data Analytics and Reporting for operational functions
• Analyze reference data to help support trading
• Optimize processes in collaboration with Technology teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Pursuing a ., ., or 5th year . or ., with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026
• All majors considered
• Great team player able to work in a dynamic and changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
• Detailed-orientated with strong critical thinking, attention to detail and analytical skills
• Have the ability to manage time, prioritize assignments and know when to seek help for optimal solution
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• A well-rounded academic background
• Ability to work within deadlines
• Adapt to changing environments

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
