Compensation : $120,000 - 130,000 per year, depending on skill and experience level. Position Overview : The HR Manager is responsible for leading the HR function at the Wakefield, NE, facility. Serving as the key liaison between management and employees, the HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
