Pay Rate : $23-26 / Hour
Our client is seeking a Program Coordinator to support their fast paced team.
Job Responsibilities :
- General administrative support, including answering telephones, tracking orders, navigating the management system and other tasks to help the team run smoothly.
- Handle any customer service problems or requests.
- Assist with membership sign-up efforts and information during Company events.
- Track messages and fulfill requests between membership and volunteer leaders.
- Prepare and assemble training materials for in-person trainings.
Requirements :
- Experience in 1-3 Years of Administrative or Customer Support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce or other CRM
- Soft Skills Problem Solver, Attention to Detail, Poised, Professional, Strong Communicator
- Education Bachelors Degree preferred, but experience can compensate for lack of degree
