• Patient Evaluation : * Assess patient needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions : * Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' ability to perform daily tasks.
• Patient Education : * Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety.
• Progress Monitoring : * Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaboration : * Work with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Documentation : * Maintain accurate and timely records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.

• Qualifications : *
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Oregon* (or eligible by your start date)
• 1-2 Years of Experience* (community / home health experience preferred)
• Current CPR Certification*
