We seek an experienced B2B Growth Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue and target our key audiences.
As a B2B Marketing Manager at Leadership Circle, you will ensure that all of our messaging aligns with the brand voice, help create digital campaigns for various channels, such as social media and email, and create data-backed reports to present to the VP of Marketing.
You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to meet our company’s goals. Prior experience as a B2B Marketer or a similar role is required.

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution for B2B demand generation campaigns across all channels, including website, email, conferences, events, media outreach, and social
- Analyze, track, and report on ongoing B2B marketing initiatives and present data-backed reports to leadership
- Optimize existing ad channels while looking for strategic expansion into other available channels.
- Coordinate the creation of thought leadership content to help drive technology, program awareness / adoption, and position key Leadership Circle stakeholders as subject matter experts
- Develop landing pages and nurturing campaigns that move prospects efficiently through the sales funnel
- Identify and help create content assets for the different stages of our buyer journeys
- Participate in market research efforts as needed to improve advertising ROI and inform product development decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Experience using Hubspot and familiarity with Netsuite
- Experience developing B2B marketing plans and campaigns
- Solid experience in branding and demand generation campaigns
- Exceptional advertising copywriting skills
- Extensive expertise in paid social and paid search campaigns
- Deep knowledge of email marketing best practices
- Experience and understanding of modern SEO techniques
- Mastery of the marketing and sales funnel and the ability to maximize campaigns at every level.
- Full-spectrum digital marketing experience that includes collaborating on the development of website content, webinars, email marketing and social media campaigns
- Proficient in landing page best practices
- Ability to successfully collaborate cross-functionally to align internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
