This will be accomplished through developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with the professional community who are in a position to refer potential clients to the company and through maintaining and developing new marketing methods.Reports To :

$80,000 - $110,000The Sales and Marketing Director will be reporting to the Owner / President of the company.Qualifications

Current RN license strongly preferred with demonstrated experience growing the Lake Norman Region in a related fieldBachelor's degree and three years of related work experience strongly preferredMinimum of one-year experience in the home health industry developing and managing a sales strategyMust have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environmentMust have excellent phone skills and follow-up skills with prospects and key influence center personnelProactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership abilityProficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook requiredAbility to learn other software programs quicklyStrong verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrimary Responsibilities (including, But Not Limited To)

Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctors' offices, and other health providers) to determine lead sourcesDevelop and manage new lead sources per blueprint and sales strategyMay perform client assessments;

coordinate with the office staff to ensure client starts in a timely mannerPersonally visit and arrange meetings with people responsible for or in a position to refer clients, this includes private, public, and non-profit organizationsUtilizes monthly marketing calendar to coordinate activity with national focusArrange presentations of Senior Helpers services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor's offices, and private companiesAttend trade shows, conferences, networking events representing Senior Helpers services.
