Job Summary and Qualifications
- Perform patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for safe and accurate care delivery
- Administer medications and treatments
- Provide pre- and post-operative patient care
- Deliver patient education materials and facilitate discharge planning
Experience
2 years of recent clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Education
Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
License and Certifications :
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Cardiac Life Support, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
- Registered Nurse license
Location
St. David's Medical Center, Austin, Texas
