Job Purpose

The Financial Systems Analyst will work with various internal customers, including the finance, accounting and information technology teams to perform daily, monthly and quarterly tasks and complete development projects within our OneStream Consolidations and Planning / Analysis software as detailed below.

The Financial Systems Analyst role is multi-faceted and can change significantly from day to day, from troubleshooting errors and working on break fixes, to working on months-long projects to implement new functionality.

The position will develop in depth knowledge of accounting and consolidation, financial planning and analysis, software development, and project management processes.

What you will do...

• Support OneStream for users throughout Herc
• Perform monthly data loads
• Monitor OneStream system performance
• Troubleshoot errors and inconsistent data
• Develop dashboards
• Develop reports
• Design, build, test and implement new OneStream functionality
• Setup data sources
• Setup workflows
• Document development activities
• Prepare training materials
• Provide training to users
• Write and edit calculation business rules in VB.net
• Write and edit SQL data connectors
• Work with internal and external audit to provide SOX control documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree - Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Travel may be required (5-10%)
