- September - Ongoing
- Open to 1-4 weeks per month
POSITION DETAILS Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Perform Disability Benefit Questionnaires for Active and Veterans of our Armed Forces
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Any Nurse Practitioner Specialty can perform evals
- Working solo
- No treatment, one time evaluation
- Patient load determined by number of requests (patients scheduled)
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) needed
